Producing high quality, safe products has been a Stephen Joseph priority since we first began over 25 years ago.

We design and develop all of our products, and testing for quality and safety is a crucial part of our process. We require all of our manufacturing facilities to certify that products meet or exceed the federal safety requirements. We test for quality, durability, safety and labeling using independent laboratories. In addition, we test products randomly once they arrive in the United States to ensure safety.

The most common question we receive about product safety involves lead. All of our products are lead-safe and meet or exceed the requirements established by 16CFR (Code of Federal Regulations 1303.
