If your order is being shipped to a Texas address, we must include sales tax on your purchase. There is no sales tax included if your order is not being shipped within Texas.

Check your email to see if you have received an order confirmation from Stephen Joseph Inc. If not, please check your Junk Email box. If you don't see it there either, wait 5 minutes and check again. Product Information

Our Quilted Backpacks are best suited for daycare/preschool aged children. They also make great diaper bags for moms to carry! If your child is entering grade school, we recommend the Classic Backpacks. They're an appropriate size for 5+ year olds, and can fit their school folder. The All Over Print Backpacks are large enough to handle books, homework, lunch bags and the occasional science project. Ideal for kids ages 7 and up.

Personalization

We personalize items with two different methods, either embroidery or vinyl heat transfer. We use the method that is best for the product you order. That way we can ensure it will last and look great!

Yes. Personalization begins at $10 and may vary between items. The personalization fee will be added to the product price which can be seen in the shopping cart.

10 characters is the max.

Valid characters are Aa–Zz. Please note that we cannot use accented or special characters on personalized products.

If the product is eligable for personalization then on the product page there will be an empty field labeled Personalization where you will type what you want on the product. Max is 10 characters.

First pick the desired design. Then in the empty field labeled Personalization type in the name or initials that you wish to be on the product. Next click Add To Cart. Then repeat the steps.

If an item has been embroidered, wash on a gentle cycle and let hang dry. All other items should be cleaned with a warm damp cloth or hand washed.

Once your item is personalized, unfortunately we are unable to accept a return. If there are manufacturing defects in the product please contact customer service at help@stephenjosephinc.com.

Shipping

We ship out of Lubbock, Texas! Located in the Texas Panhandle.

Certainly! During the checkout process you'll have the opportunity to select your method of shipping. Orders placed with express shipping before 1p.m. Monday through Thursday will ship same-day. After 1p.m. on those days or anytime Friday through Sunday, your order will ship on the next business day.

Yes, if your order has a personalized item it will affect shipping times. Our current estimated time for personalization*: 3-4 business days.
*Not including shipping time. If you have any concerns about size or personalization of your item, please contact us before having your item personalized.

No, not at this time. If you'd like to ship items to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each one.

Our standard ground option is the only option that can ship to a PO Box at this time.

Most orders will be shipped the same day they are placed. Once they are shipped we cannot make changes. If you do need to make a change please contact our customer service at (806)791-2877 the same day the order was placed.
