The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


We provide a 30-day manufacturer's warranty which covers any damage or defect to the item due to manufacturing issues within the first 30 days after purchase. Items purchased outside the 30-day manufacturer’s warranty window are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty*. Items purchased through a third-party seller (a seller other than stephenjosephgifts.com) must be returned to the original seller for which the item was purchased for replacement or refund.

Only one return is allowed per address per order within a 30-day period. Please contact us with any questions about the above policies.


When ordering sized items please contact us with any questions you may have about sizing. We need your help to minimize unnecessary returns by not purchasing multiple sizes and then returning the ones that do not fit. Personalized, closeout, and sale item purchases are final and do not qualify for refunds and/or exchanges.

Outside of USA

Please note: Any foreign (outside the USA) orders placed directly with stephenjosephgifts.com must pay shipping, handling, and any import or export-related expenses for both directions of the shipment.


*When a recall or known manufacturing defect is issued– we will replace or repair the items up to 1 year after the purchase date regardless if the item was purchased through a third-party seller or directly through stephenjosephgifts.com. Please contact us to discuss these issues.
